Up to 70% discount for fault-tolerant workloads.

Preemptible rules:

• Can be stopped with 30-second warning
• Best for: batch jobs, CI/CD, rendering, data processing
• Not recommended for: databases, production web servers

Spot Instances (Coming Q4 2026)

Bid on spare capacity for up to 80% discount.

How it works:

1. Set maximum price you're willing to pay
2. Instance runs when spot price is below your max
3. Instance stops when spot price exceeds your max

Example:

gpu-h100-1 on-demand: $4.00/hour
Current spot price: $0.80/hour (80% off)
Your max bid: $1.50/hour

Instance runs at $0.80/hour as long as spot price stays below $1.50

Committed Use Discounts (Enterprise Only)

Commit to monthly spending level for automatic discounts.

Applied automatically — no reservations needed.

Billing Cycle

Monthly billing:

• Billing period: 1st to last day of month
• Invoice issued: 1st of following month
• Payment due: 7 days after invoice
• Charges: Per-second billing, aggregated monthly

Prorated charges: Mid-month signups and plan changes are prorated.

Days used: 14 out of 28
Charge: $12 × (14/28) = $6

Free Credits

New account credit: $10 (expires in 90 days)

Referral credits:

Is there a free tier?
New accounts receive $10 credit. No ongoing free tier, but you can stop instances to avoid charges.

Do you charge for stopped instances?
Only for storage (~$0.10/GB/month). Compute charges stop when instance is stopped.

What happens if I exceed my bandwidth allowance?
You're charged $0.01/GB for overage. No service interruption.

Can I set a spending limit?
Yes. Console → Account → Billing → Set Spending Limit. You'll receive alerts and optionally stop instances.

Do you offer discounts for students/nonprofits?
Email enterprise@fugoku.com for education/nonprofit pricing (typically 20% discount).

What payment methods do you accept?
Credit/debit cards, PayPal, bank transfer ($500+/month), purchase orders (Enterprise).

Are there setup fees?
No. No setup fees, no termination fees, no hidden charges.

Can I get a refund?
Unused credits can be refunded within 30 days. Usage-based charges are non-refundable.

Do you charge for API requests?
No. Unlimited API requests at no additional cost.

What's included in bandwidth allowance?
Outbound internet traffic. Inbound and internal traffic are always free.
