Support Access
Support access allows you to grant Fugoku support staff temporary access to your account or resources for troubleshooting purposes. Access is time-limited, revocable, and fully audited.

- Debugging network or storage problems
- Investigating billing discrepancies
- Assistance with complex migrations

| 8 hours | Short troubleshooting | Read-only access to resources |
| 24 hours | Extended investigation | Read + limited write access |
| 48 hours | Complex debugging | Full access to specified resources |
| 1 week | Major incident | Full project access |

Via Support Ticket
When creating a support ticket, you can request access:
- Create a ticket at Support → New Ticket
- In the ticket description, request support access and specify:
- Desired duration
- Resources that need access
- Reason for access
- A support agent will review and grant access if needed
Managing Active Access
View and revoke active support access:
Console: Support → Access → Active Sessions
From this page you can:
- View all active support access sessions
- See who has access and until when
- Revoke access immediately
Security
- All support actions are logged in the audit trail
- Access expires automatically — no manual revocation needed
- You can revoke access at any time
- Support staff are required to use their own authenticated accounts
- Access is scoped to the resources you specify
Best Practices
- Grant the minimum access needed — use 8-hour access for simple issues
- Specify exact resources rather than granting full project access
- Revoke access as soon as the issue is resolved
- Review active sessions regularly on the Support → Access page
